Bill Learned, the original guitar player for Foul Play, has been with the band, on and off, for 10 years. Bill left the band in 2003, after a shift in priorities because he fell in love and moved in with his nagging girlfriend.

This was a blessing for Foul Play because it led to the creation of the Foul Play Oath to Rock – specifically, the “No Girlfriends Allowed” clause, which keeps this bands rock true and free from sissy, wimpy behavior.
In 2006, Bill, after catching his girlfriend cheating on him with a Korean Hip-Hop DJ, was welcomed back to Foul Play and has vowed never to let domestic attractions distract the rocker within.

Nobody harness trauma through a guitar like Bill Learned. He makes the guitar weep and bleed as he screams the foulest emotions a guitar player could offer.
